What was broken
The cash forecast could show the month. It could not answer why March was tight, which customer was late, or what happens if growth slows. That work left the system and went into exports and Power BI.

A read-only finance analyst on Claude Opus. Precon’s finance team asks the forecast in plain language. Gerard runs what-if scenarios on growth, collections, and costs without writing over the books.

Precon’s finance team. Named users, SSO and MFA, a role check on every request.
