If the AI doesn't meet the bar, get 100% of your money back. A structured program built for business leaders who need proof before they invest.
Before any work begins, we make sure the use case is viable, the scope is clear, and the data is ready.
We work with you to confirm a clearly defined task, a measurable outcome, and initial viability for AI. This is directional, not technical.
You define the scope using The Works — our Workflow Capture Tool. We capture input/output pairs, task boundaries, and human decision points (HITL).
We review your materials to confirm data quality, input/output pairing, and sufficient volume (minimum 100 files of quality data). This is the gate for the guarantee.
We train an AI agent on your defined workflow and assess exactly what it can — and can’t — do reliably.
We train an agent using your approved workflow and data set. Focus is on task execution, accuracy against real outputs, and learning patterns. A basic internal interface supports training and review.
We evaluate what the AI handles reliably and where humans must intervene. You receive a HITL profile covering training-phase needs, runtime needs, what reduces over time, and what stays permanent.
You’ve seen what the AI can do. Now you choose your path — with the guarantee protecting your investment.
Choose one of three paths:
Move into full solution design and implementation. Scope, UI/UX, infrastructure, and deployment are defined in the next phase.
You may choose to stop and 100% of your fees are refunded. In exchange, Bison & Bird retains the agent, data, and IP.
Should your strategy or business conditions change, you may decide to retain the trained agent and all related work and rights. Pricing for this option will vary from project to project.
If you don’t approve of the delivered results or functionality of the trained AI agent, you receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that specific engagement. The guarantee is subject to meeting the eligibility conditions — primarily providing sufficient quality data and a clearly defined output.
Three conditions must be met: (1) You provide a minimum of 100 files of quality data that are relevant and accurate for the intended purpose. (2) You provide a clear, measurable output definition describing what the agent should do. (3) You participate in good-faith testing, provide specific written feedback on any deficiencies, and allow a reasonable opportunity to address them.
Upon refund, Bison & Bird retains full ownership of the trained agent, all trained models, datasets, prompts, weights, and any derivative works — including the input data you provided. If you choose Option C (stop and retain IP), you pay to keep those rights instead.
If you proceed (Option A) or retain IP (Option C), data handling is governed by your project agreement. If you take the refund (Option B), Bison & Bird retains the input data and may use it for lawful internal or commercial purposes — provided no client identifiers or proprietary business details are disclosed.
The refund covers 100% of fees paid for the trained agent engagement. However, any non-refundable third-party costs or data-processing fees incurred on your behalf are excluded from the refund.
The guarantee does not apply in three situations: (1) The input data is insufficient or poor quality. (2) The output definition was changed materially after model training began. (3) The work falls outside the originally agreed scope — including additional retraining, customization, or deployment beyond what was scoped.
If your data doesn’t meet the minimum 100-file threshold or quality standard at the Data Readiness step, the guarantee simply doesn’t activate. You can remediate the data and try again, or stop before any training begins — no penalty.
